We work with HubSpot's Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
Why did you turn to HubSpot?
We wanted to work with the HubSpot platform to refine our inbound marketing strategy, to get a better alignment between the sales and marketing teams. Our main goal is to have a better flow of qualified leads to sales. Moreover, thanks to HubSpot, our website remains up to date and operational.
How do you train on HubSpot?
Practice makes perfect. When I joined EasyMovie, the website was already developed, and we had some processes set up on Hubspot (like some automated internal emails), internal emailing forms, and landing pages.
What do you think is HubSpot's greatest strength?
The ability to have all the information in one place. As a marketer, I want website, marketing campaign, newsletter and contact information (and all the analytics that go with it) to be on Hubspot.
How does the software support your growth?
I believe that having data available quickly and in a structured way is essential in an environment where decisions need to be made quickly. When something isn't working, I need to know why, and HubSpot provides that functionality to some extent. It's also easy to validate new website or newsletter initiatives with built-in templates.
How does HubSpot help you align sales and marketing teams?
Right now, it's pretty limited. Emails are sent to the sales department when a lead comes in through our campaigns or the website, but since we don't use HubSpot as a CRM, it's more or less limited to that.
How does the platform help enhance customer experience?
The platform allows us to communicate with customers on an individual basis. This gives us the opportunity to let our customers benefit from the full potential of our video platform, as we are able to share information in a timely manner.
What feature do you enjoy or use the most within the platform?
In addition to the activity overview, I appreciate the extensive data that is collected on sent emails, web pages and landing pages.
