As part of the creation of its learning center, Impack, a company specializing in the analysis of work methods and the design of equipment for packaging manufacturers, decided to overhaul its entire website. With a presence in over 27 countries around the world, the new multilingual site (in six languages) had to be modern, attractive, and as informative as possible to promote organic referencing. We carried out a detailed audit setting out a series of recommendations. This analysis enabled us to comply with best Web development practices while making the presentation of content more dynamic.

WORK COMPLETED

First, we overhauled the site’s architecture and design, and migrated data from the old site. We integrated the HubSpot CMS, a content management system that supports the team’s autonomy, enabling the site’s pages to be adapted to all types of devices. We’ve integrated a brand-new, bespoke virtual showroom to showcase our solutions. We’ve also created a new section called the Learning Center, a secure, private customer space for sharing confidential data with Impack customers. Articles, best-practice guides, and market issues are presented here. The virtual training center is intuitive to use, providing a learning environment and an impeccable customer experience. A user guide and customized training have been included to ensure full autonomy in updating website content.
