EFFECTO, a company specializing in the processes and processes of wood processing plants, faces several challenges for its marketing. The wood processing industry in Quebec lags far behind in optimizing processes through digital technology, which requires in-depth education of sawyer customers and lengthens the purchasing cycle. In addition, the current EFFECTO product architecture is difficult for customers to understand, and the company’s brand image lacks notoriety and consistency. Promotional efforts, including website, online presence and events, are inconsistent and insufficient to support customers in their buying journey. Social media presence is almost non-existent. The key marketing objectives are to improve the brand image, increase the company’s awareness both in Quebec and in new markets, and generate quality leads while reducing the duration of the buying cycle. The SEO performance of the site was also a priority for the client.

The Institute for Research on Exoplanets – IREx – brings together the best researchers and their students to take full advantage of major observational projects underway or planned, with the ultimate goal of finding life elsewhere. The mandate consists of redesigning the IREx website to improve its online presence. The current site was developed by a UDeM department and no longer meets the Institute’s needs. Navigation and ergonomics are not in line with current best practices. The aim is obviously to create a website that will help the organization achieve its objectives.

The CCSI is two teams of professionals who, through the Cégeps de Sainte-Foy and du Vieux Montréal, have a mandate to support the development of autonomy in the public and subsidized private college network and the harmonization of their practices in the reception, organization and delivery of services to students with disabilities, within the framework of a memorandum of understanding. The mandate involves redesigning the CCSI website to better meet the needs of its members. It aims to review the website’s architectural organization to facilitate user access to information. The site’s current structure has led to a disorganization of information, which has been placed in different places by different people, without a common logic.
