The city of Laval wanted to learn about Google Analytics in order to be able to effectively analyze their data. They turned to us to acquire new knowledge in order to become autonomous at the end of the project. As we believe that it is much easier to learn when you are present and participate in the production, we chose to do several workshops with them.
During the project, we identified the key indicators that meet their business objectives to better understand the issues they face. We were then able to create short, more technical training based on tools that were more useful to them. We went through all the steps from creating a campaign to measuring the ROI, and finally, we created customized reports so they could see their performance.
